He is currently SVP – HR at Sysomos, a unified, insights-driven social platform that gives marketers the easiest way to search, discover, listen, publish, engage and analyze at scale. He has held various roles in Human Resources, R&D and Business Operations. He has presented at several conferences, has been a guest lecturer at Carleton University, and has consulted with the  Canadian Privy Council.  Omer is a professional engineer who holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Carleton University. He completed the Advanced Human Resources Program at the University of Toronto and the HR executive program at University of Michigan. His primary area of interest is peak performance and triggering the state of ‘Flow’,  and he spoke at TEDx Thunder Bay on the same topic.

 Robyn joined Tower in November 2015 as the Global Head of Human Resources.  In this capacity, Robyn oversees all aspects of Human Resources and Office Management; including employee relations, performance management, learning and development, recruiting, benefits, payroll, and culture.   Robyn is originally from New Orleans and attended the University of Pennsylvania where she earned her bachelors degree in English. Her most recent accomplishment is completing the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Vida NYC. She plans to share the practice of yoga, making it accessible for all bodies, through private, corporate and in-studio classes in NYC and NJ.
